So what does that mean?  Simple.  It is your choice as to when you wish to have your training, the training takes place at your church, no travel involved, and you set the schedule.  Generally performed on a weeknight, you arrange a time with Cool Kids, then through Skype and the internet you get a live training event, complete with interaction and multiple classes (if you prefer) and all for one low cost.  No guest speaker or speakers, no travel expenses, just a night of training, questions and answers, solutions and excitement for your ministry team, and all in the comforts of your local church.  The training is live, the interaction is real and you can decide what you want the classes to cover if you so choose.
