Jim Eccles

Debbie Eccles
|
Jim
and Debbie Eccles currently work as the Children’s
Director/Sunday School Superintendent at Battlefield
Baptist Church in Warrenton, VA. While at
Battlefield Baptist they have been successful in the
development of the children’s programs. Under their
leadership they have re-structured the children’s
Sunday School and Jr. Church. Jim and Debbie
incorporated a Puppet Team called “Kyle & Company”
to the Jr. Church program. This gave the older
children, teens and even adults an opportunity to
serve within the church. Seeing the success that
the puppet team had reaching the children they
developed an Anti-Bully Program for the public
schools. God opened the doors to allow the puppet
team to get into the public schools to do
assemblies. In addition to the Anti-Bully Program
they now offer a Character Education program.
Jim and Deb met while
attending Baptist Bible College in Springfield,
Missouri. Jim is from Burlington, Iowa and Debbie
is from Taylor, Michigan. They have two boys
Jordan, age 14 and Cameron, age 9. Both Jordan and
Cameron share in their parents love for the
children’s and puppet ministry.

James Dick
Associate Pastor
Fairfield West Baptist Church
Fairfield, OH
Founder/Director
M&M Ministries |
James Dick has been the Associates
Pastor/Children’s Pastor at Fairfield West
Baptist Church for over five years. He was saved
at a young age, as a bus kid, at Cozzadale
Baptist Church in Goshen, Ohio. One Sunday
morning at the age of 18 he surrendered to
preach and left that evening for Bible Baptist
College in East Peoria, IL. After
attending college for six months and working
three jobs, James felt that because of working
so many hours and not having the appropriate
time to study, he believed this must not be his
calling. James came home and spent the
next 14 years being a fast food general manager
at two restaurants. This is where he met
his wife of 18 years, Terri. Five years
later they had a daughter, Bethany, who is now
13. His family came to Fairfield West
Baptist Church in January of 2000 and upon
joining James soon became the Awana Commander
and then later voted in as a deacon. In
2002, the church asked James to become the
Associate Pastor and Church Clerk. It was
at this time James realized that this was his
calling.
James is the founder and director of M & M
Ministries (The Magic is in the Message).
This is a non-profit ministry which is used to
reach boys and girls with the gospel of Jesus
Christ. His daughter, Bethany, and the
Senior Pastor’s son, Tanner Rosenbalm,
participate in this ministry.
If you have any questions for Pastor James, or M
& M Ministries, please e-mail us at

Bryan White
Pastor
Faith Baptist Church
Wheelersburg, OH |
Raised in Church form the
time I was six, I was your typical backslidden
teenager. The Lord and a persistent youth pastor got
hold of my heart my senior year and convinced me to
go to youth camp. That week of camp changed my life
forever. Though I was saved as a nine year old, I
was very distant from Him. I rededicated my life and
began to live for Christ. Nearly three years later I
married Stacy, one of the girls I met that week at
camp.
Soon after we were
married, we began working with teens in our home
church (Faith Baptist Church, Dayton, Ohio). That
led to becoming the next youth pastor in our church.
Serving for six years as youth pastor, God began to
deal with me and Stacy about planting a church in
Southern Ohio. In August of 2003, we had our first
service in Wheelersburg, Ohio. Since then, God has
blessed our ministry beyond description. We give Him
all the praise for what He has done.

Classes
Bryan will be teaching how to get children,
mom's and dads to come to an event. Bryan runs
a VBS every year that averages more in attendance
than his church averages at that time. How do
you plan for that? How do you prepare for
that? What do you do to make that happen?
You will love this class and it will challenge you
to do more for this generation. Find out how
Bryan and his workers find, bring in and reach the
children and people of their area. If they can
do it, you can do it to.
